Welcome to your manufacturing warranty

As standard, the majority of products you will purchase from Bravilor Bonamat in the UK (also known as Bravilor Ltd) will be supplied with a two-year part, one-year labour manufacturing warranty. Other products are supplied with alternative warranty cover depending on the target markets or price point.

Total peace of mind

We understand that making capital purchases on coffee equipment can be intimidating. In the unlikely event your product experiences a manufacturing defect, we will attend site and effect a repair with the warranty term free of charge*.

Even after your warranty expires, we’re proud to maintain a national service network made up of fully trained and qualified service partners. Any time you need support with your Bravilor Bonamat product we’ll be there for you.
